соц., псих. ERG теория (теория мотивации Альдерфера, в соответствии с которой выделяется три группы потребностей: потребности существования (Existence), отношений (Relatedness) и личностного роста (Growth); экзистенциальные потребности связаны с удовлетворением базовых потребностей (эта группа совпадает с тем, что Маслоу определял как физиологические потребности и потребность в безопасности), потребности отношений связаны с желанием устанавливать и поддерживать значимые межличностные связи; потребности развития — это стремление к совершенствованию и росту личности)
